Shipping and delivery

In-stock orders

In-stock DARKNESS products, are dispatched within 1–3 days. Other in-stock orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Standard UK delivery usually takes 3–7 business days after dispatch.

Charity Drop orders

Charity Drop items are sold from available stock. Pre-orders are not accepted.

RISE and Bag & Patch Collection paid pre-orders

Full payment is taken at checkout for RISE and Bag & Patch Collection paid pre-orders. Estimated delivery is in 2–3 weeks from the order date. This is the total estimated delivery timeframe, not the time to dispatch. We will email tracking details when your order is dispatched. If we expect delivery to fall outside this estimate, we will contact you using the email address supplied with your order.

FORGED size reservations

FORGED size reservations do not take payment at the reservation stage. Dispatch timing will be confirmed before payment is due.

International delivery

International shipping times vary by destination and may be affected by customs. FYM Apparel Ltd is not responsible for delays caused by customs or courier services.
