How to Measure

  • Chest/Bust: Wrap the tape around the fullest part of your chest, keeping it level and parallel to the floor.
  • Waist: Measure around your natural waistline — the narrowest part of your torso.
  • Hips/Seat: Stand with feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips and seat.

Tip: Use a soft measuring tape and measure over underwear or light clothing for the most accurate result.

Fit Guide

  • Compression fit — Designed to sit close to the body and support muscle during training. Size up if you prefer less restriction.
  • Regular fit — True to size with room to move. Ideal for training and everyday wear.
  • Oversized fit — Intentionally relaxed. Size down if you want a less baggy look.
